New Russia Township provides a custom set-up of table and chairs along with breakdown. Also, provided are 6-foot round tables with chairs for seating as well as 8-foot long buffet tables. The Meeting Room also has a stationery 15-foot serving table, as well as a kitchen prep area which includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave and coffee pot for your use. Brooms and mops are located in Kitchen area for necessary cleanup as well. Baby Changing Stations and high-chairs are available for your needs. Customers provide their own tables covers, centerpieces along with food and/or catering, beverages for your event.
Decorations are NOT permitted on walls, ceiling or floor, GLITTER, CONFETTI, tape, push pins or open burning of candles are not permitted as well. Charges will be assessed for damages, missing New Russia Township property or excessive cleaning as deemed appropriate by New Russia Township Board of Trustees

Once you have reserved the Meeting Room you will be contacted by New Russia Township’s Hall Coordinator at least two weeks before your rental date. At that time floor plans, door codes to access building along with additional instructions will be reviewed.
